Supportive living services ensure our clients receive services based on the individual service plan that will help achieve independence and stability through habilitation, counseling, community integration, non-medical transportation, and facilitation.
Charity’s Place provides supportive living services which include but are not limited to:
- Regular Intermittent Supports (regular occasional services)
- Intensive continuous supports (24/7 supports)
- Host Home assistance for adults
